Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of your appointment in order to get settled into the space and complete any necessary paperwork. Kindly also note that you are reserving a specific appointment slot with an assigned practitioner at Mayan Rituals Spa. So, if you need to cancel your reservation please do so as early in advance as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, We require a minimum 24-Hours notice to avoid a full deduction charge of the services. Any cancellation with less 24 hours of notice is subjected to cancellation fee of 15% of services. In addition Clients who miss their appointment without giving any prior notification will be changed in full for the schedule services. Late arrival caused by Customer themselves will shorten their respective treatment time. However, the full cost of treatment or services will still be changed.
