EXPIRATION PERIOD : All spa package purchase are valid for a period of 6 Months or 12 Months from the day or purchase .After this period ,any unused services within the package will expire and cannot be redeemed.
GIFT PACKAGE : Spa package purchased as gifts fallow the same expiration policy . The recipient must use the package within the specified period .
TRANSFERABILITY : transfer your spa package to a friend or family member at any time before the expiration date must contact our customer service team.
