EXPIRATION PERIOD :  All spa package purchase are valid for a period of 6 Months or 12 Months from the day or purchase .After this period ,any unused services within the package will expire and cannot be redeemed.

Package are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

TRANSFERABILITY : transfer your spa package to a friend or family member at any time before the expiration date must contact our customer service team.
